The Trade marketing and Sales Operations Coordinator will be accountable for providing the sales and trade marketing teams with efficient and reliable support including the sales forecasting and sales analysis, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, CRM management in addition to general administration duties. From time to time the Sales Operations coordinator will be required to perform additional projects for the AH Division as required.




  • Sales reporting including customer target and rebate tracking monthly, daily sales agent versus target
  • Sales reporting and gap analysis for customer rebate tracking and review by KAM.
  • Sales analysis, lost sales reporting, portfolio gaps versus previous sales, branch development and performance, customer reviews.
  • Sales forecast coordination and export customer forecast management
  • Accurate allocation and review of the customer allocation for commission calculations.
  • CRM engagement and maintenance coordination, user performance measures, agent customer allocation (commission allocation), collate reports for agent feedback and promotional tracking.
  • Meeting coordination – sales teams and executive
  • Event co-ordination and alignment with sales and TM teams – NAMPO, Vet congress, breakfast meetings, round table discussions
  • Contract management and tracking – Distribution agreements, Pharmacovigilance agreements, Quality assurance agreements
  • Travel bookings and arrangements including visa applications
  • Maintain marketing and sales collateral – distribute as requested
  • Tracking and analysis of promotional activity execution of TMM agreed activities within the channels, including price execution and independent analysis of each Co-Op branch / Vet practice as relates to Merchandising e.g. product range stocked, number of products, number of facings, etc.
  • Coordinate the vet practice / co-op mystery shopper program in alignment with TM and marketing expectations.
  • Administer and track the SRM’s and the GRM’s trail.
  • General admin duties – minute taking for KA / sales team meetings, expense submission and follow up for HTCM and HSE    



  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or business science preferred.
  • At three (3) years’ experience in marketing & sales or technical related positions, preferably in country organizations with focus on product marketing or communication.
  • Solid experience in an administrative or supporting function within a team.

  • Competent, with training, in the extracting of sales and stock data from the internal systems SAP, Data One, BO

  • Preferably job experience in an Animal Health or Animal Nutrition business environment

  • High level of social competence and ability to work successfully in frequently changing teams with high level of diversity.

  • Self confidence in presentations and dealings with hierarchy, peers and customers

  • Fluent in English language; additional languages are appreciated but not precondition for the role.

  • Able to read, understand and analyze data.

  • Attention to detail with a Financial understanding

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Self-driven, deadline driven with good time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure while still being able to use initiative, be forward thinking and proactive on a daily basis.
