  • Promote the products of Specialty Medicine and associated services to current and potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets set for the assigned territory
  • Prepare territory strategy and respective call planning to achieve the set target
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with current and potential customers, identifying and resolving their concerns and meeting their needs
  • Follow up and identify new leads or sales prospects within the assigned territory
  • Adhere strictly to Pharma’s business rules and all mandatory requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with the Company’s policies and the local industry’s code of conduct
  • Report market intelligence and customer insights and continuously review sales performance


  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma, preferably a Degree in Science

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or health care industry and experience in the Oncology field will be an added advantage

  • Has shown good consistency in sales performance

  • Mature, fast learner, high initiative and able to work independently and deliver results under pressure

  • Good communication skills with strong command of English

  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills

  • Good strategic planning, negotiation and selling skills
