We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage the RMS  sales team and sales of our advanced and innovative RMS  products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in Poland.

A Day in the Life


The jobholder will take over responsibility of defining, implementing, supervising and driving strategic direction, objectives and targets at the market level and in accordance with EMEA strategy, to ensure sales  objectives are met, to ensure profitability, drive market development and penetration, as well as revenue and market share growth. Also management and development of a strong, performance-driven team to enhance the company’s reputation in the market will be crucial.

For this role preferred location is Warsaw (or mazowieckie voivodship).


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to grow the RMS  business within the country.
  •  Deliver yearly defined objectives relative to AOP, market penetration and market share.
  • Establish and roll-out annual goals and objectives for the RMS  sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and plans at EMEA and Global level.
  • Identify business growth opportunities / market requirements and provide focus to move ideas to market place.
  • Analyze market size, competitive market landscape and other information to develop strategies of increasing sales and market share for all product lines.
  • Work in close partnership with business leaders in the region.
  • Work with business unit to provide input on forecast, inventory control, phase in/out plans, clinical evaluations etc.
  • Interface with marketing teams to provide input on RMS  portfolio marketing strategies.; ensure alignment in other functional areas (medical affairs, training and education, reimbursement, etc.).
  • Drive talent acquisition & development, as well as organizational development.
  • Develop and maintain contact with the KOLs and other health care professionals and ensure the definition and prioritization of customer requirements, through participation in physician organizations, conventions.

Must Haves and Nice to Haves


Must haves:

  • Bachelor degree as minimum (medical, economical similar education will be an advantage).
  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales team management.
  • Experience in managing large product portfolio.
  • Strong ability to get plans executed from direct reports.
  • Proven ability to effectively operate and work in a matrix environment.
  • Familiar with business policies in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record to work independently, while achieving aggressive personal and geographic objectives. Highly motivated, “can do” attitude with strong influence management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) at all levels and with diverse groups in an organization.
  • Business planning analysis – strategic planning, etc.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness and acceptance to travel intensively (min. 60 % of time)
  • Strong ethical and compliance base.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers and subordinates. 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in managing multifunctional, middle- or large-sized sales teams.
