You’ll be the responsible to focus in to expand and boost the ARDx business in Mexico, achieving sales target through developing new qualified business opportunities consistently, especially in private market, maintain profitable growth of the division, making strategic negotiations that increase the productivity of the team, achieving the objectives of the division.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients by planning visits and retaining and expanding current clients, defining focus strategies, identifying needs, promoting solutions based on ARDx portfolio of products and customer needs, making business proposals and closing agreements.
  • Internal interface between customers and different areas in the company (financial, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to help and expedite compliance with internal procedures and meet customer needs.
  • Customers interface, this person is going to be responsible to develop relationships and synergies within hospitals, pharmacy chains and private labs with purchase department, director, medical responsible, specialist
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and anticipate changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • You will report to the Commercial Manager ARDx.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

  • Healthcare bachelor, Commercial Bachelor with experience on Healthcare
  • Five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts – Hunter sales profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • 90% English
