  • Owns, defines and drives specific strategies and tactical plans for Eliquis, and Cardio-Pain portfolio in Mexico
  • Responsible for: Generating revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting and OpEx for Eliquis and Cardio-Pain portfolio as well as ensuring the realization of profitability in Mexico
  • Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between Region, local Country Lead and local cross functional teams for effective support of the brand
  • Proactively driving the development of brand strategies to maximize the brand growth, both in the private market and in public institutions
  • Have deep market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight, ideally within the CV space and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategy.
  • Acts as the single-point ‘go-to person’ on all brand related matters in Mexico, forms, represents the brand on all regional matters
  • Coach and develop a marketing team of 3 people
  • Leads the brand cross-functional team in the country/cluster of responsibility
  • Collaborate with the regional brand team and other CBLs across LATAM in the development and delivery of regional initiatives and programs

Key responsibilities
  • Provides local insights and brand feedback to Regional team, and Local Category/Country lead
  • Tailors and executes brand strategies to local market needs, and defines local priorities for the brand
  • Selects best-fitting modules from the region provided content and trans-create new promotional materials as needed
  • Manage local agencies
  • Forecasts brand performance, track progress towards target, and active involvement for revenue adjustment throughout the year during LE process
  • Allocates and execute in country brand marketing expenses
  • Develop brand plan / operating plan for Eliquis in Mexico and continuously evaluating opportunities for the brand
  • Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, H&V, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
  • Leads the POA for Eliquis and Cardio-Pain portfolio, customizes materials to train Field Force on product messaging and prioritization based on local knowledge
  • Partners with Medical to identify and manage Eliquis KOLs.
  • Develop appropriate MedEd initiatives and brand programs to educate Eliquis targeted HCPs on latest scientific updates and differentiated product attributes
  • Articulates and gains support for the brand objectives financially, strategically and tactically, and is able to work across the matrix to gain needed resources

Education and experience
  • 7-10 years of marketing or relevant function (medical, H&V, finance) experience within the industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree or MBA desired
  • Proficiency in English and local language
