Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of novel neural network architectures suitable for small molecule deep learning.
  • Collaborate with cheminformaticians and other AI researchers to develop state-of-art deep learning models on high-quality big data, predicting small molecule bioactivities and properties to accelerate drug discovery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience of developing graph neural networks.
  • Strong in math and solid understanding of deep learning concept and techniques.
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in computer science, computational chemistry, molecular modeling, or a relevant field.
  • Experience of programming with PyTorch deep learning library is a plus.
  • Knowledge of small molecule structure and properties is a plus.
