Digital Marketing Manager (m/f)

This is what you can look forward to:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Pfizer Switzerland, you will be part of our journey as we define our multi-channel strategy and on-board new digital platforms and capabilities to support this strategy. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to work with colleagues from all commercial business units, as well as supporting functions such as corporate communications, public affairs and medical.

  • Act as a subject-matter-expert, project manager and a key point-of-contact for all colleagues for inquiries and execution support related to digital / multichannel marketing
    • Proactively engage with and assist the business. E.g. provide timely updates on activities and progress, proactively follow-up with the business after meetings, etc.
    • Act as the connection and coordinator between Pfizer Switzerland and the international support organization for everything related to our market-facing digital capabilities.
    • As needed; manage local and offshore vendor relationships

  • Operational and executional tasks related to digital / multichannel marketing, revolving around the full range of our digital marketing capabilities and tools:
    • Websites (HCP portal, corporate website, disease awareness, patient support, etc.)
    • Email marketing / email engagement
    • eDetailing
    • Remote detailing
    • Webinars
    • Mobile apps (for patients, for HCPs)
    • Digital analytics (typical web-analytics data, email analytics data, ability to help define campaign / tactic KPIs)

  • General project management
    • Manage the delivery of multiple digital marketing projects to the business
    • Track timing, milestones and budget of individual projects
    • Manage regulatory approval of cross-business digital assets, including managing expirations in a timely, accurate and appropriate way (e.g. renewal, removal).
    • Coordinate with the international organization for the setup and roll-out of new digital tools and capabilities.
    • Support the Digital Lead on larger projects / initiatives (e.g. new HCP portal, ePermissions)

What you offer:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Educational background in STEM, digital marketing of equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in multichannel / digital marketing; either from within industry or from agency / consulting / service side
  • Technical knowledge and curiosity related to digital media technologies; CMS, HTML, marketing automation, web analytics, responsive web design, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
