Lead and own all daily support from our Operations business team.  This includes (OPM, EAM, Inventory, Process Quality, and Quality Management, and case / package automated printing processes)
o   Responsible for taking all Heat tickets (we use Heat for our support queue) and working with the business end user to resolve
o   Engage Technical SMEs as needed for help and direction
o   Required to learn and support our EQMS tool, which is a 3rd party application
o   Required to learn and support our custom code date printing process for case and packaging
Desired Skills and Experience Technical Skills required:
•        Oracle Forms 10g
•        PL/SQL
•        BI Publisher preferred
•        Knowledgeable of Oracle EBS 12.1.3. Preferred that this individual has Oracle OPM, Inventory, and EAM knowledge
•        Ability to learn and apply new technical skills
 
Functional Skills:
•        Effectively communicate with end users and technical team
•        Define user requirements and translate into solutions
•        Self-Leadership, will take the lead and manage support requests
