Job Summary

Senior Hiring Manager – Asia will lead and implement all recruitment for senior roles at Level 4 and L5-1 across SEA and TW-HK. This includes managing sourcing and talent mapping projects for critical positions to proactively prepare the healthy pipeline for our business. This role is also to ensure scalability of recruitment capacity and solutions to address all recruitment demands coming from the business for senior positions at L4 & L5-1.

This role reports to Talent Acquisition Head, Asia. The jobholder will work closely with the local HR Head and TA teams to ensure smooth recruitment process for senior roles.

  • Manage the entire recruitment of all senior positions at L4 and L5-1 level:

    • Partner with hiring managers / business leaders to discuss the recruitment strategy for the role (RSD)
    • Screen and source candidates from various channels and candidate pools, preferably direct sourcing
    • Facilitate the interview process with selected candidates for hiring managers
    • Manage salary proposal process to get internal approval and present the offer to selected candidates
    • Prepare pre-onboarding process


  • Lead sourcing projects for identified critical positions to proactively prepare the pipeline:

    • Partner with TA Operations Manager, Asia to select the suitable vendor for talent mapping projects
    • Lead the engagement with identified candidates from talent mapping projects
    • Conduct talent mapping for specific roles when requested by the business
    • Maintain active talent pools for identified critical roles


  • Work with EB and Employer Branding Manager, Asia to ensure the alignment on EVP with all branding pitches
  • Contribute to build the employer branding campaign through carrying out the senior recruitment process


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 10+ years’ experience in an international TA role with at least 3-5 year experience in senior / executive level recruitment
  • Experience in senior role recruitment or executive level hiring, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of executive recruiting methods, recruiting marketing, and techniques, and ability to drive results
  • Strong digital recruitment and sourcing skills, eg. Linked-in platforms
  • High level of candidate presentation and influencing
  • Strong relationship & communication skills (responsive, flexible and agile in the communication approach)
  • Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
  • High collaboration, engagement and customer focus
  • Pleasant executive presence


Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, HR or related field required.
