Elanco Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for a detail oriented people person to join the Campus Recruiting team as a Recruiting Support Partner. If you enjoy working in a fast paced fun environment and have experience planning, coordinating and reconciling details for events for groups of 50-100 people, this opportunity may be for you. The successful candidate will have experience working across various levels of leadership as well as working closely with our Campus and other student focused program (e.g. Campus Recruiting, Summer Interns, High School Co-Ops, etc.) stakeholders. They will play a critical role in ensuring that the management and execution of essential program logistics and details are carried out in a seamless manner which enables a positive candidate experience where the details fade into the background and the program and events appear effortless.


The core responsibilities of the Campus Recruiting Support Partner primarily center on Recruiting and Staffing Support for our Campus, Summer Intern and Co-Op programs, but may provide additional support for new employee orientation as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a
    • Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator
    • Campus Recruiter or Ambassador
    • Administrative Support Partner
    • Meeting/Event Planner/Coordinator (Groups of 50+ people)
  • Completion of Post Offer Exam, completion of Work Simulation or completion of the Administrative Skills Testing if applicable
  • This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of two years with potential to extend annually for up to 4 years.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Recruiting And Staffing Support
  • Deliver a quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process via interactions related to scheduling interviews, creating agendas, completing external travel, scheduling assessments, gathering additional information, etc.
  • Build and leverage expertise in the execution of the hiring transactions within Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to create new employee records and internal transfers
  • Support recruiters on various tasks related to the movement of candidates in Workday to process each hire
  • Initiate and monitor the background check process in a timely manner for new hires
  • Maintain executional excellence as it pertains to the timely and accurate completion of assessments on required compliance documentation and recruiting processes
  • Escort candidates to/from interview suite
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruiting project work as needed
  • Handle all logistics and coordination around Summer Intern program
  • Job Requisition creation
  • Facilitate completion of I9 information, payroll, position ID requests through HR systems.
  • Manage, monitor and facilitate cross departmental chargebacks, collection of data within Microsoft Teams site such as taxes, out of pocket expenses, housing costs, etc.

High School Co-Op Program
  • Coordinate all communication between four local schools – interacting directly with local high school counselors
  • Solicit home office needs for high school students
  • Create Job Requisitions and send out links for student to apply
  • Coordinate interview process in-house along with summary results

Additional Skills/Preferences
  • Education or certifications beyond High School diploma a plus (e.g. Associate, Bachelors, etc.)
  • HR/Recruitment and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance and employment practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and MS Word
  • Ability to communicate appropriately both orally and written
  • Ability to be flexible, dependable and a quick learner
  • Ability to be a focused team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HR professionals and business partners
  • Experience using Workday is a Plus
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management systems(CRM) (e.g. Workday, Smashfly, etc.)

Additional Information
  • Tasks may occasionally require entering manufacturing areas which require wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
