Provides second level expert services in the area of payroll processes and services, policies and guidelines, support the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / projects for countries in scope

Minimum Requirements
  • University graduate in Human Resources or similar
  • Human Resources Process knowledge in operational environment
  • Good understanding of Novartis global HRIS processes (for internal NVS staff applying
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/PY) as end-user
  • Good written and spoken English plus good written and spoken other language an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM/TM/PY for HR Core
  • FPoC: Solid Human Resources Process knowledge in country’s operational environment
