Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
  • Responsible for defining, operationalizing and implementing portfolio strategy and process for high Value/High Barrier to market products for US pipeline i.e. Respiratory, Peptides, Complex Injectable, and LCM/505b2 Products.
  • Acts as lead for portfolio selection, portfolio strategy, prioritization, and portfolio benchmarking and portfolio functional processes. Responsible for new business opportunities for future products.

What you’ll bring to the role
General Management 
Ensures the right products, dosage forms and technologies are being evaluated and selected for the US pipeline. Leads a cross-functional team through idea creation, selection, allocation of new products opportunities. Monitors the overall health of the pipeline and leads initiatives to optimize the portfolio. Drives the portfolio re-prioritization exercise for all pipeline products
  • Leads valuation/business cases for pipeline that guide the strategic investment and portfolio management decisions and help shape and drive the R&D pipeline. Drives the monthly new product selection forum, in a timely and quality manner Manages timelines and focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers and meet goals Fully understand business cases including competitive landscape, clinical requirements, and other potential external factors which may have influence on future development projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA / BS Required.
  • PhD in Industrial pharmacy or MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experiences in various segments of pharmaceutical industry including Development and Commercial.
  • Experience leading and building high performing teams.
