Descripción de Puesto
This position will monitor our profitability situation vs. TGT and LE's and in accordance with our agreed commercial plans. Also, this position has to measure customer profitability by channel and raised flags when the results are not as expected. The role should be the first point of contact for our business partners to understand and support resource allocation in order to maximise our business profitability. Interact with the CFO to drive consolidate Margins at product and company levels.

Major Accountabilities

  • Assist with the development and preparation of detailed Strategic Plans, Target and Latest Estimates
  • Prepare the Monthly Executive Reports to Senior Management in HQ
  • Understand and analyse company profitability and commercial conditions at customer level and by channels (wholesaler, pharmacies)
  • Monitor stock loading in the channel (Stock in Trade measurement)
  • Participate in our SOP's meetings to participate in the action plans agreed avoiding potential write off
  • Coordinate with Logistics the write off performance and coordinate with them action plans and the corresponding “No/ Slow movers Provision”
  • Implement monthly KPI's to track consolidated margins
  • Pricing validation according to local SOP's and perform individual analysis on Purchase Price Variances
  • Lead CAR preparations with the corresponding departments and track their implementation in line with the approved timing, benefits and investments
  • Interact closely and serve as main contact for all upcoming, commercial questions from Marketing & Sales Department
  • Develop profitability analysis and endorsement, together with Marketing & Sales Department, for special conditions during campaigns
  • Support Sales & Marketing Department in the preparation of initiatives with key customers in order to maximize profitability and business growth
  • Project Team Leader of the Integrated Reconciliation & New Monthly Business Review process

  • Profitability accuracy vs. CCR / SPMR
  • Sales growth vs. TGT and LE’s
  • Accuracy in cost and profit protection plans
  • Audit results / Assessments for Revenue Recognition processes

Strategy/Market Focus:
  • Internal customer satisfaction with the quality and appropriateness of financial analyses provided by the BPA group
  • External customer satisfaction with the quality of the information provided.

People, Capabilities, and Management:
  • BPA team associate satisfaction and retention.
  • BPA associate acquisition, development, and export
  • Efficiency improvement through organizational and process related design and training.

Requisitos mínimos
Education:
Degree in Business Admin. & Economics

Languages:
Spanish (native speaker), English fluent, 1 additional language a plus

Experience:
  • Commercial Finance
  • Controlling in Sales organizations
  • Strong Accounting background
  • Knowledge IFRS / local GAAP
  • Marketing/Sales experience is a plus
  • SAP experiences (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to regional and global officers, as well as external authorities
  • Excellent understanding and ability with ERP systems, as well as relevant financial sub-system
