KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Hiring/On-boarding Process:

  • Collecting & Validate the application of the selected candidate including the approved Job Requisition, ITS Package request, letter of intent from the HRBPs
  • Initiate the SDP request for new hires
  • Collect the Hiring documents from selected candidate
  • Assigning local Employee ID & preparing the Employment contracts for selected candidates
  • Organizing with the third-party company (IBS) to sign the employment contract for the contractors
  • Following up the onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate the new hires to the stakeholders on monthly bases
  • Back up for Issuing the access cards “with Official approval”

Personnel Employees Files:

  • Ensure that we have all valid required hiring documents in the employee folder
  • Ensure that a soft copy of all hiring documents are attached to employee’s profile in HITS
  • Ensure that the expatriates & their families have a valid local governmental documents and following up the renewals
  • Ensure that all personnel files sorted and updated

Termination/off-boarding Process:

  • collect the Resignations/ Terminations reports
  • Get the employees signatures on the all required documents (resignations, Form 6… etc.)
  • Issuing the Exit Release Form
  • Communicate the departure to all stakeholders
  • Follow up the completion of Exit Release Form
  • Hand experience letters with the original hiring documents to the departure’s employees
  • Ensure moving the departures Employee’s folders to the archive room

Enfants De Sanofi

  • Preparing the new application with the benefice’s employees
  • Sending the invoices to Enfants de Sanofi contact person & following up on the re-reimbursement
  • Managing Sanofi season of Solidarity event with the CSR team

Others:

  • Collecting the on/off Boarding KPIs data
  • Supporting all concerned employees with reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter.
  • Respect of personal data protection charter.

Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
